Clients are always final ones responsible for the choices of resorts, transport, etc., however LuxeSafaris endeavours to provide the best in each category. 

Accomodation in mostly comfortable surroundings in the middle of game parks.  LuxeSafaris has preferential arrangements with some of the best lodges in the game parks, 

Quality Safari Vehicle, with Driver/Guide, fuel and backup support Organisation. The Safari cars take a beating on the dirt roads both within the parks and also, in many cases, roads to and from the parks which are often not fully tarmac. Even on tarmac roads, the cars often have to contend with potholes - backup cars are always on the ready.

Internal flights. Travelling from airports in the major cities to some of the larger and more popular game parks (Masai Mara, Serengeti, Amboseli, Murchison Falls) can be quite uncomfortable by car. A return flight from Wilson Airport in Nairobi to Masai Mara will be between USD 300-500 depending on season. Multi stop itineraries need to be priced individually.

Park entrance, Park Transit fees including fees for the local guides and the Safari vehicle. Whenever possible, LuxeSafaris prepares all the papers for Park Entrance formalities in advance, including paying park entrance fees in advance in order to speed up the Parks entry.
